These services help families obtain a 504 for food allergic individuals at their school.

 

504 Consulting Services include:

• General education about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 ​​​​​​​​​
   

• Assistance with 504 meeting preparation

  • Learning the 504 process in a school district

  • Identifying “reasonable accommodations” for food allergic individuals in schools

  • Developing meeting strategies for successful communication in a 504 meeting

 

The goal of these services is to keep food allergic students safe AND included on a daily basis through each stage of their education.
